It’s not a fluke!
I can really run a mile without stopping! Yesterday we went to a local park that has a 1 mile course. We walked one mile and then while my husband walked, I ran. Now I didn’t go much faster than he did (although he did take some shortcuts to keep up), but I made it the whole way without stopping. And this was after a week of no exercise and bad diet. Nothing hurt. Not even my bad ankle or my back. The only issue is breathing and feeling nauseous but really it was painless and I hope to hit the track more often.
